Learning Days Schedule

The conference features two full days of interactive, peer-based learning at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels with general- and special-interest topics for providers statewide. Select courses from five learning tracks:

  • Expanding the Teams
  • Health Equity
  • Practice Transformation
  • Social Determinants of Health
  • Value Based Care

CME/CEU Credit

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all Learning Days participants upon completion of an online evaluation. Please submit the certificate of attendance to your licensing board to obtain CEU credits. CME credit is pending with the American Academy of Family Physicians.
